Yes. Once you book, you’ll receive a short RFI to help us understand your packaging questions ahead of the session. It’s also helpful to bring any relevant packaging specifications, images, material information, or sustainability claims you’d like to discuss so we can make the most of our time together.

Ask Pip is designed to provide focused expert guidance within a 60-minute session. It is not a full packaging assessment or formal sustainability claims review. However, we’ll use the time to respond to as many of your packaging questions in as much detail as possible and provide practical recommendations and next steps. If deeper analysis is required, we may recommend a Packaging Impact & Risk Assessment or if ongoing support is needed our Packaging Partner.
