Since founding philo & co in 2019, Pippa has become a driving force advancing sustainability and the circular economy in the design and FMCG sectors. She won PKN’s Design & Branding Visionary Women In Packaging of the Year and was a Finalised in PIDA’s Young Packaging Professional of the Year in 2024.

With a BSc in Product Design and over 15 years of experience working with leading design agencies and renowned brands like Pernod Ricard and Reckitt Benckiser, Pippa began her journey toward sustainability early in her career. While managing packaging projects across Europe, she recognised the need for more sustainable solutions, a realisation that ultimately led to a new career path.

Pippa has leveraged her skills and extensive knowledge to develop philo & co’s unique approach as a trusted sustainability strategy consultant, translating complex challenges into practical, impactful solutions. Her work helps clients in the design and FMCG sectors go beyond circular design to deliver holistic sustainability factors in sustainable packaging, strategy, claims and compliance.

philo & co is a proud member of APCO and the AIP. Pippa serves as a Guest Lecturer at UNSW and shares her expertise at industry events like Circularity, Regen, AGDA, and AIP. She has also mentored circular design challenges, including UNSW Circular Economy ResourCE Hackathon and openIDEO’s Next Gen Cup Challenge, supporting the industry’s transition to more sustainable practices.
